TLJ Aesthetics MD is contracted with most major medical insurance plans. Medical and dermatologic care that are considered part of medical insurance benefits are submitted for coverage on behalf of patients at TLJ. It is the responsibility of patients to comply with the details of insurance plan coverage including copays and co-insurance balances. Cosmetic and elective procedures and treatments that are not benefits of these plans are the responsibility of individual patients as an out of pocket expenditure due ahead of or at the time of service in full.
CloseCare Payment Options
Concierge membership (CloseCare) payment options include annual, semi-annual, or monthly per individual patient preference.
Monthly fees:
- Individual: $210
- Couples: $400
